    Co-Founder, The T'Collective

In her executive roles at Strava, Boston Beer Company, the Tuck School of Business, and AOL Time Warner, Gina learned that the most critical business challenges in growth-minded organizations are rarely just about strategy or operations. They're about leadership - having the clarity to make tough decisions, the systems to support what you're building, and the courage to evolve when what got you here won't get you there.

Today, Gina works as a Fractional COO and Executive + Teams Advisor, partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to navigate complexity and grow intentionally. She steps in when things are moving fast, but the team dynamics, operational foundation, or clarity of vision isn’t keeping pace.
