Andrew Johnson

  • Andrew grew up in Westford, MA and is a 2012 graduate of The George Washington University where he completed a dual B.A. in History and International Affairs. He earned his Wings of Gold in 2014 and reported to VFA-213 Blacklions in 2016 where he completed a combat deployment onboard USS George H.W. Bush as part of Operation Inherent Resolve.

    Andrew is a 2019 graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), and he served as a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor and the west coast’s Close Air Support subject matter expert at Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific. He then reported to VFA-41 Black Aces as the Training Officer where he deployed to the Indo-Pacific in 2022 before concluding his active service as the Strike Operations Officer at Carrier Air Wing Nine.

    In their free time, Andrew and his partner Samantha enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, Tripod hockey and touring breweries around the world.

     

Brooke VanRosendael

  • Brooke is a native of Portland, Maine. She holds a BSBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting from Suffolk University. After completing her graduate studies, she attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC, followed by Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA, where she was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve. Brooke has completed two overseas assignments to the Middle East and West Africa, where she trained alongside the Jordanian and Moroccan armies. Currently, she serves as a Civil Affairs Officer, holding the roles of Company Commander and Jumpmaster at Fort Liberty, NC. In the civilian sector, Brooke has experience in trade audit at BNY Mellon and most recently worked as a Consulting Manager at PwC. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with her golden retriever, Rosie
