Junaid Grewal T'27

  • Junaid grew up in Edmonton, Canada, and graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Finance and Computer Science. Before Tuck, he spent four years at Manulife/John Hancock, working across operations, strategy, and AI-enabled transformation. He also has experience in venture capital, equity research, and entrepreneurship, including building and exiting a dry-cleaning business.

    This summer, Junaid is interning at Bain Capital in Boston, where he is focused on applying AI to improve operations. At Tuck, he is involved with the Tuck Social Venture Fund, the EDGE Consortium, and will serve as a Resident Fellow and teaching assistant this year.

    Outside the classroom, Junaid enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new cities. He is always up for conversations about entrepreneurship, search funds, AI, public service, or the best places to get coffee after a long walk.

     

Matthew Grottkau T'27

  • Matthew grew up in Reading, Massachusetts, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Economics & Strategy and Financial Engineering. Before Tuck, he spent four years as a consultant at Bain & Company in Boston, working across industries from insurtech to manufacturing, and completed an externship with the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome analyzing food security across regions.

    This summer, Matthew is interning at the Bridgespan Group in Boston, a social-impact strategy consulting firm. At Tuck, he led a Tuck Community Consulting project last year, is a member of the Ski and Snowboard Club, the Glen Tuck Society, and will serve as a teaching assistant for several courses this year. Sidelined by an injury last year, he’s looking forward to trying Tripod Hockey this fall.

    Outside the classroom, Matthew spends as much time as he can outdoors and is always up for talking national parks, Formula 1, or Taylor Swift.

     

Rachel Osei-Owusu T'27

  • Rachel grew up in New York and attended Washington University in St. Louis for undergrad. She earned a degree in Global Health and Environment and Spanish. Upon graduation Rachel began her career in executive search for healthcare companies before moving on to a startup, RubiconMD (now part of CVS Health), to lead several initiatives in strategy and operations.

    This summer Rachel is working with the Health Tech and Services Venture Team at Raven, RA Capital Management’s healthcare incubator. At Tuck she is a Co-Quality of Life Chair on the Student Board, a Tuck Admissions Associate, Alumni Board Fellow, and a member of the BSAT community.

    During her free time, Rachel loves to read, pick up a new crafting hobby, and build an itinerary down to the hour for her next travel adventure.

     

Alysha Rattansi T'27

  • Alysha grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development. Prior to Tuck, she spent seven years at UBS, where she held roles across HR Advisory and Internal Consulting, leading strategic initiatives in areas including digital banking, organizational design, and client service transformation.

    This summer, Alysha is interning with Bain & Company in Atlanta. At Tuck, she serves on the leadership committee for Discover Tuck: Perspectives and is a fellow for the Center for Business, Government, and Society.

    Outside of class, Alysha enjoys reading contemporary fiction, watching competition reality TV, solving NYT and LinkedIn games, and spending time with her two cats.

     

Greg Riddell T'27

  • Greg grew up in Connecticut and graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015. He commissioned into the U.S. Navy through Naval ROTC upon graduation and earned his Wings of Gold in 2018 prior to reporting to VFA-103 Jolly Rogers. He is a graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), and in his last assignment served as the Adversary Standardization Officer at Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (STRIKE).

    This summer, Greg is interning with McKinsey & Company based in the Boston office. At Tuck, he is a Veterans Club admissions liaison and has spent time volunteering for the Tuck Next Step program.

    In his free time, Greg enjoys running, cycling, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors. He is also passionate about working on old cars, coffee, and alternative rock from the 90s and early 2000s.

     

Lenny Rowe T'27

  • Lenny is a New Jersey native and graduate of Morehouse College where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to attending Tuck, Lenny worked across multiple functions including sales, marketing, and strategy at PepsiCo and Nestle respectively.

    This summer, Lenny is interning with Nike in their Marketing Vanguard Program (MVP) working on Jordan brand’s global retail strategy. On campus, he serves as one of Tuck’s social chairs, as a co-chair for Tuck Black Ski, and as a Resident Fellow in West House.

    Outside of work, Lenny is a faithful Philadelphia sports fan, avid skier, and is on the lifelong journey of learning how to golf.

     

Ramone Wildman T'27

  • Ramone is from Kingston, Jamaica. He earned a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and a master’s in Management Information Systems from the University of the West Indies. Prior to Tuck, he spent eight years in the Financial Services industry in Kingston, where he began his career in business development and later moved into digital product development and digital transformation, leading the deployment of multiple Fintech solutions across the Caribbean.

    This summer, Ramone is interning at Bain Capital in Boston. At Tuck, Ramone is an active member of Black Students at Tuck (BSAT) and the Sachem community.

    Outside of Tuck, Ramone is also a proud husband and father of two, Alina and Alexander. He enjoys road trips with his family and friends, cooking and hosting, and watching Manchester United and the Miami Dolphins on the weekend.

     

Brian Zimmerman T'27

  • Brian grew up in New York and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018 with degrees in Economics and Biomedical Physics. After school, he returned to New York to work at S&P Global as a financial analyst and investor relations consultant across a variety of industries including airlines, manufacturing, and EVs.

    This summer, Brian interned as an Associate in the Healthcare and Life Sciences division at Oliver Wyman in the New York office. At Tuck, he is a member of the futbolitos and is one of the most dedicated Norwich Farmers’ Market attendees.

    In his free time, Brian enjoys snowboarding, playing soccer, and cooking. He also tries to go to at least one music festival a year and has been watching the entire Star Wars compendium in chronological order.
