Lebanon, NH, Municipal Airport (LEB) - 10 miles from campus; served by daily commuter flights.
Manchester, NH, Regional Airport (MHT) - 90 minutes south; Greyhound bus service to Hanover. Many visitors also choose to rent a car.
Boston Logan (BOS) - 2-2.5 hours away; Dartmouth Coach and Greyhound buses both offer service to Hanover.
By Bus
ASW Charter Bus
Tuck will charter, covering the cost of, a roundtrip bus from Boston < > Hanover, NH and New York City < > Hanover, NH exclusively for ASW attendees. Space on the charter buses will be allocated on a first come, first served basis with space available for both Round 1 and Round 2 admitted students and their partners. To request a space on the bus please submit your ASW registration and complete the required charter bus fields. Within one week of completing this form, you will receive an email either confirming your seat allocation or placing you on the waitlist for the bus.
We recommend if you are travelling to Hanover by bus, you plan to stay at one of the ASW room block hotels as shuttle service will take you to and from your hotel throughout the weekend. An outline of the charter bus departure schedule is as follows:
- Roundtrip Boston
- Departs from South Station on Friday, April 4, ~6:15 AM ET
- Drop off at Tuck (approximately 2.5 hour trip) with luggage storage available on campus and shuttles running to ASW room block hotels throughout the day
- Departs from Tuck on Sunday, April 6, 10:30 AM ET
- Roundtrip New York City
- Departs from 150 East 42nd Street on Thursday, April 3, ~5:00 PM ET
- Drop off at all ASW room block hotels and Tuck (approximately 5 hour trip)
- Departs from Tuck on Sunday, April 6, 10:30 AM ET
Dartmouth Coach
Offers daily service between the Dartmouth Campus and Boston's South Station or Logan Airport. Round-trip service leaves Hanover throughout the day, roughly ten times each day. Dartmouth Coach also offers daily service between Hanover and New York City.
Greyhound
Provides service to the bus station in nearby White River Junction, VT, about five miles from campus. Greyhound offers service between White River Junction, VT, Manchester, NH, Boston, and New York City. Note: Service is limited.
By Car

Travel tip: Many students have found that if you're not driving, the easiest, most dependable way to travel to Hanover by plane is via Boston Logan and by bus from Boston or New York City is via the Dartmouth Coach.

Hanover Inn
7-10 minute walk from campus. A limited block of rooms will be made available at the Inn in early March. The Inn is otherwise full at this time.

Shuttle Service
Tuck will be providing transportation to and from the following hotels throughout programming Friday–Saturday. Shuttle service to Tuck will also be available on Sunday morning for those boarding the charter buses back to Boston and New York City.

Please note that there are limited car services in the Hanover area, so do not plan to rely on services such as Lyft or Uber.
For those who plan to drive, parking information will be provided closer to ASW. You will be able to indicate in your ASW registration that you will require parking.
