Our students arrive at Tuck with professional experience and career aspirations as diverse as they are.
While each student cultivates their own path to what comes next professionally, Career Services provides tools, resources, and support to empower you to identify and reach your goals. Career Services aggregates and creates guides and content that will help job seekers understand more about a certain industry as well as the nuances of successfully pursuing opportunities in several industries. These industries include consulting, energy, entrepreneurship, financial services, general management, health care, marketing, social impact, and technology.
Our career services team is constantly evaluating recruiting success for both our students and employer partners. A key metric we look at is engagement, and for our recruiting partners we measure how often a company does a recruiting event specifically for Tuck students and how often they hire a Tuck student. The list below comprises the employers we call “2025 Tuck Recruiting Partners”, because they both held a recruiting event for Tuck students AND hired a Tuck student for a full-time role or as an intern in the last 18 months.
In addition, there are thousands of companies we maintain a recruiting relationship with. Those companies hold events, OR hire students OR send us job postings, and we’re happy to work with you to help connect with them when you are here. For more information on Tuck’s latest employment statistics, see here.
We update the list of Tuck Recruiting Partners every summer, and will share the latest list with you during Orientation. If you are looking to brainstorm potential employers during and after your MBA at Tuck – we suggest making a list with 25+ of the companies listed below:
Six members of Tuck’s MBA class of 2025 reflect on transformative internships at McKinsey, Welch’s, The World Bank, an early-stage venture, and beyond.

“What strikes me most is how different my life is now than before Tuck, both personally and professionally. Personally, I am surrounded by a remarkable community of people that I’m privileged to call lifelong friends. They support, challenge, and inspire me. Professionally, I was afforded countless resources as I sought to pivot careers. My career advisor, second-year student mentors, professors, and a profoundly dedicated alumni base all took particular interest in seeing me succeed. My personal and professional transformation truly marks the quintessential Tuck experience. I come out of this experience more confident, informed, and sensitive, and I owe that all to Tuck.”
