The purpose of the Tuck Student Board is to serve as the voice of the student body at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. We collaborate with our classmates and administration to protect and cultivate the Tuck experience.
The board is also charged with managing the student activity budget, which comprises funds that are allocated across all student-led clubs and functions for the purposes of connectivity and enhancing the overall experience of the Tuck community.
The vision set by the current student-board president is as follows:
To lead by example and empower a Tuck community that embraces diversity and inclusion, promotes empathetic accountability, and encourages engagement from all.

Anna Baird T’27
President
Anna grew up in New York City before attending Middlebury College, where she received her BA in History of Art in 2019. Before arriving at Tuck, she spent three years in the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, helping ultra-high net worth families achieve their financial goals, and over two and a half years in the Old Masters Group at Christie’s, managing multi-million-dollar auctions and private sales of European Renaissance art.
At Tuck, Anna loves playing Tripod Hockey, going on Woccoms, and ordering chocolate milkshakes at Lou’s. She is also a proud alumna of the Tuck Business Bridge Program.
Jacob Cerny T’27
Judicial Board
Jacob was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he majored in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he started a career in industrial automation designing equipment and implementing it in the field. Prior to Tuck, Jacob led engineering teams at a major material handling systems integrator to deliver large-scale systems that boosted efficiency in client supply chains. Outside of student board, Jacob is involved with Tripod Hockey, Glen Tuck Society, Community Consulting, and the General Management Club. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding and exploring the mountains around the Upper Valley.
Leo Duncker T’27
Academic Chair
Leo grew up in Düsseldorf, Germany, playing competitive basketball throughout his youth. He graduated from the Hamburg School of Business Administration in 2020 with a specialization in Audit, Tax, and Advisory. Prior to Tuck, Leo spent four and a half years at EY working as an Auditor. Outside of the classroom, Leo can often be found playing basketball in Alumni Gym, out on the ice competing in Tripod Hockey, or spending time with family and friends.
Jackie Faustin T’27
Quality of Life Chair
I’m Jackie Faustin from Boca Raton, FL! I graduated from Furman University with two degrees in Communications Studies and Economics. After graduation, I guided backpacking and mountaineering trips with Moondance Adventures and then later went to work full-time in their headquarters for three years managing business operations and strategy. Besides travel and adventure, I find joy in health and fitness (I teach yoga and pilates), hosting dinner parties, and being Auntie JJ to my nephew! At Tuck, I’m involved in Student Board, Tuck Band, Tripod Hockey, and Consulting Club.
Danielle Grier T’27
Club Chair
Danielle grew up on Long Island in New York before heading to the Berkshires, where she attended Williams College. After Williams, Danielle moved to New York City to work at a marketing technology startup creating and implementing growth marketing strategies for VC-backed direct-to-consumer brands. From New York, Danielle spent time in Boston working in impact investing at a nonprofit before moving across the pond to London, UK, where she pursued a master’s in international development. Most recently, Danielle worked as a growth consultant for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. At Tuck, Danielle loves to spend time outdoors — hiking, skiing, and generally being active — as well as exploring all that the Upper Valley has to offer with friends.
Charbel Hanna T’27
Career Services Chair
Charbel Hanna graduated from Bentley University in 2018 with a major in Managerial Economics and a concentration in Accounting. Before enrolling at the Tuck School of Business, he served as a Senior Consultant in PwC’s Delivering Deal Value practice, where he specialized in management consulting for integration, separation, and divestiture initiatives across the technology, media, entertainment, and industrial services sectors.
Charbel also returned to his alma mater as an instructor, teaching a Career Design course for first-year students. Through this role, he equipped students with the tools and strategies needed to secure meaningful internships and full-time opportunities. Beyond his professional work, Charbel has remained deeply committed to educational equity. He served on the council for Bottom Line, a nonprofit supporting first-generation college students, and continues to mentor two scholars through the Yawkey Foundation. He also contributes to the Red Sox Scholars Alumni Committee, designing workshops that help new scholars thrive academically and discover their passions.
At Tuck, Charbel serves as the Career Services Chair for the Class of 2027 and is actively involved in the LIFT Club, Consulting Club, Community Consulting Club, and the Tuck Ambassadors program. He is also a proud member of the Consortium, Toigo Foundation’s LIFE program, and MLT Professional Development. Outside of the classroom, Charbel enjoys boxing, traveling, and mentoring students.
Bryce Kuhn T’27
Tech Chair
Bryce grew up on the coast of Maine and spent several years working on the North Atlantic, building a career in aquaculture and sustainable food systems. His path eventually brought him to New York City, where he joined the sustainable startup world and later founded Kuhn Sustainability Solutions (KSS), a boutique consulting firm operating at the intersection of innovation, business, and sustainability.
At Tuck, Bryce serves as Tech Chair on the Student Board and is involved across campus life. He plays A/B Hockey, continues exploring his passion for food and the environment, and is a retired professional skier from the Freeride World Tour.
Katie Malus T’27
Judicial Board (Chair)
Katie was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She attended Columbia University, where she studied Slavic Studies and Political Science. She has spent the last few years in Washington D.C. as a strategy consultant largely for Energy and Utilities companies. Outside of student board, Katie is involved in the Women in Business, Energy, and PE/VC clubs and spends her free time watching the Detroit Lions (yes, it was hard growing up in Pittsburgh a Detroit sports fan), the Washington Mystics, hiking, or running around Hanover.
Gardner Nash T’27
Judicial Board
Gardner was born and raised in Carlisle, MA. He attended the University of Richmond, where he studied Business Administration (Finance) and Political Science. Before Tuck, he worked in Product Management at a technology company in Boston. Outside of the student board, Gardner is involved as a co-chair of the Wine Club and PEVC Club, a Fellow in the Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital, and an enthusiastic Tripod Hockey player. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and running around the Upper Valley.
Rachel Osei-Owusu T’27
Quality of Life Chair
Rachel comes from the Bronx, New York, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Global Health & Environment and Spanish. Before Tuck, she began her career in executive search for healthcare companies at Oxeon Partners, then transitioned into healthcare strategy and operations at RubiconMD, a startup focused on eConsults.
At Tuck, Rachel is involved in the Black Students at Tuck (BSAT), the Consortium and the Healthcare Club. Rachel considers herself proudly multifaceted: a Ghanaian American, a former Maine camp kid whose favorite activity was riflery, and a social butterfly. You can find her cooking and baking, shopping, or falling down TikTok rabbit holes on oddly specific niche topics. She’s excited to shape the student experience through her role as Co-Quality of Life Chair on the Student Board.
Daniela Ricardo T’27
Treasurer
Daniela was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and grew up in Austin, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in French. Before coming to Tuck, she worked in Marketing at Audible. Outside the classroom, Daniela enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and family.
Lenny Rowe T’27
Social Chair
Lenny is originally from New Jersey and is a proud alumnus of Morehouse College. Prior to Tuck, Lenny worked at PepsiCo in Category Management and at Nestlé in Customer Strategy. Lenny is passionate about building brands and creating meaningful consumer experiences across every touchpoint.
As Social Chair, Lenny’s platform is built on connectivity and engagement within the Tuck Community. His goals is to use social events to build bridges between the two classes and greater connectivity to the greater Dartmouth Community.
Ken Shimizu T’27
International Experience Chair
Ken was born in Tokyo and has lived in multiple countries across four continents before coming to Hanover. Prior to Tuck, he worked at a Japanese trading company specializing in steel products, where he gained experience in business development, supply-chain management, and intrapreneurship in climate tech. Outside of the Student Board, Ken enjoys playing Tripod Hockey and tennis. He can often be found cooking or socializing in the Achtmeyer dorm third-floor kitchen.
Josh Tang T’27
Social Chair
Josh grew up in Shanghai and Los Angeles and attended the University of Notre Dame, where he studied Finance. After graduating, he moved to LA and worked in investment banking and corporate development in the media and entertainment industry, and is currently pursuing a career in management consulting. Outside of serving as Social Chair, he is also a co-chair of the Asia Business Club, plays in the T'27 band, and a second-year Tripod rookie.
Josh enjoys running when he's not injured (many such occurrences), failing to learn Japanese (ask Ken), and having the Notre Dame football team let him down every season (this year is our year).
Grace Weissend T’27
Community Chair
After growing up in Kansas City and studying Political Science and Film at Notre Dame, Grace headed West to Los Angeles in pursuit of her childhood dream of being a screenwriter. She worked at United Talent Agency in the Comedy Touring department, where she planned and managed multimillion dollar tours for elite comedians and podcasters. She then worked for comedian Whitney Cummings as her Chief of Staff before being promoted to write on and produce “The Roast of Bert Kreischer” and “The Roast of Whitney Cummings.” Following the writers’ strike of 2023, she pivoted to content strategy at a digital advertising startup, where she became interested in operational strategy and decided to apply to Tuck.
In addition to student board, Grace sings and plays bass in the T27 band The Grateful Debt, competes in Tripod Hockey, and walks around Occom Pond almost daily.
