Frey helped develop the first sustainability strategy at Lutron and actively mentors start-ups fighting climate change with several accelerators. Prior to her work in sustainability, she built three technology businesses into powerhouses and advised many leading consumer and tech companies. At the heart of her work has always been insights about the end consumer that create loyal and engaged customers and talk-worthy brands.
